Once you confirm the payment and a successful notification comes, it means you have successfully placed the order. Instantly within a few seconds, you would receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email address informing you that your order is confirmed. The message will contain an order ID along with the expected delivery date.
Many times, it happens while processing the payment the product may get sold out. In such a situation you will receive the message accordingly.
Once the order is confirmed we send the next message when the product has been packed and is ready to ship. Following this, the next message is sent on the successful shipping of the product. On the website in the My Orders section, one can track the order at any time by viewing the travel route of the product given as per each day. One can see the expected date for each process such as when the product will be packed when shipped when it will reach the nearest hub to your location and the final date of delivery.
For orders delivering to foreign locations, custom rules must be followed at airports or ports/harbours. So, foreign clients must wait for more days than domestic ones. In case you find you don’t like the product due to any reason; you must return the product within 7 days of receiving it. We will not entertain any return order after 7 days. The total amount is refunded online within 3 to 4 working after we receive the return order.
